Our program uses ideas from the Early Years Learning Framework and places emphasis on the importance of play in children’s learning. Play is a context for learning that:

  • Allows for the expression of personality and uniqueness.

  • Enhances dispositions such as curiosity and creativity

  • Enables children to make connections between prior experiences and new learning.

  • Assists children to develop relationships and concepts.

  • Stimulates a sense of wellbeing. .

A copy of the Early Years Learning Framework is available at www.mychild.gov.au Children’s interests and developmental skills are an important part of our sessions. Parent input is most welcome.
